Classic Wedding Floral Design

A huge congratulation to Claire and Blake! This lovely couple was married December 1st at Grace Avenue United Methodist Church.

We absolutely loved providing the floral arrangements for their special day! From a chosen fragrance, to a cake that was made to match Claire’s dress, each detail of their wedding was carefully crafted to bring their vision to life. A tone of elegance and sophistication was set with classic ivory floral design and complimenting lush greenery. The contrast of the ivory flowers with the black linens at the reception coordinated wonderfully with the black and white dance floor. Calla lilies were the flower of choice for the groom’s boutonnieres, and were seamlessly incorporated into the reception’s centerpieces and the Head Table’s place settings.

When we asked Claire to share the story of how she found her dress, she shared that she had taken a friend of hers, a mom of all boys, with her to Stardust. The day they went happened to be the day of a Matthew Christopher trunk show, and she found the dress she had been envisioning! The couple had a five tiered white cake that was delicately adorned with white roses, calla lilies, and intricate beaded piped detailing, resembling pearls, designed to match the classically refined elements of Claire’s dress that she loved so much.

After dancing the evening away, the bride and groom were sent off by friends and family with sparklers and smiles. We truly enjoyed bringing Claire and Blake’s floral dreams to life, and would love to help you create your very own stylish soiree!
