This is also another question we get from a lot of brides, what to get their parents as a thank you gift?
Most parents are very involved in the planning process, not to mention paying for it. Giving your parents a small, thoughtful gift the morning of the wedding is a wonderful way to say “Thank You” for all they have done to make this day happen.
One of our favorite gifts is a personalized handkerchief. Embroider it with your initials and wedding date or write a personal message to both Mom and Dad. Trust us, this will bring a tear to their eyes.
A beautifully framed wedding photo will always be a classic choice. Either pick a picture of the Bride and Groom, first dance, Father/Daughter dance or Mother/Son dance.
A Weekend Away or Spa day can be a great way to say thank you and help them de-stress. Remember, weddings can be just as stressful for your parents, we are sure they would love a break after the big day.
Tickets to a favorite sporting event or concert can also be a great way to let them know that you are so appreciative of all they have done.
You can’t go wrong with any of these gifts or any gift that is personal and heartfelt. Let your parents know how grateful you are that they are there to support you and that you couldn’t do it with out them!
