Congratulations to our recent newlyweds Claire and Kevin! These two sweethearts tied the knot at an elegant outdoor ceremony hosted in November at Arlington Hall. Nestled into Uptown’s Turtle Creek Lee Park, this venue provided a sophisticated backdrop to a beautiful garden ceremony and tented reception. Personalized with lush florals and romantic lanterns, it set the tone for a memorable celebration of Claire and Kevin’s love story. Thank you to Sarah Kate Photography for capturing every detail!

This wedding  was inspired by The Secret Garden—a favorite childhood story. Taking cues from this theme, we designed a ceremony space that captured the magic of Frances Hodgson Burnett’s novel. Guests were directed through Lee Park, where they could read fun facts about the couple posted throughout the garden area, sipping on champagne served along the way.

From the moment she donned her sweetheart neckline dress, Claire was such a graceful bride. Her lace gown made a romantic impact, accented by a classic up-do. With charming accessories – classic pearls and glittering shoes – Claire was the picture of bridal elegance. Kevin’s smile upon seeing his bride during their First Look says it all!

Meanwhile, the bridal party mastered the art of perfectly mismatched bridesmaid dresses in soft pastel hues with a bit of sparkle. And how adorable are the ring bearer and flower girl?!

 

 

The Ceremony

The garden ceremony featured lush floral garlands, capped with blush and white roses. A lantern-lined aisle completed the look, providing a romantic setting for Claire and Kevin’s “I do.”

 

The Reception

After the happy couple had tied the knot, guests moved into a tented reception area decked with lush floral design at every turn. Working in a traditional blush and red color palette, we put a personalized twist on each floral element to make it unique to Claire and Kevin’s special day.

An overhead floral installation made a stunning first impression upon entering the reception area, and it tied in in perfectly with the ceremony’s lantern décor.  Twinkling string lights were the icing on the cake for this romantic scene!

 

 

The newlyweds and their guests danced the night away until final call, when Claire and Kevin made their grand exit surrounded by metallic streamers—a glamorous cap to an unforgettable evening.
