FAB FLOWER OF THE WEEK: THE DAHLIA

Summer is fast approaching and so are these beauties!

When the temperatures start to rise Dahlias come into season. The Dahlia in the picture is a Café Latte Dahlia. They come in all colors! The lighter colors we enjoy through October and the warmer colors like the red and burgundy Dahlias stay in season through November. They are a beautiful flower with a large bloom, sometimes up to 5 inches across. They are a delicate multi-petal flower that make a fabulous accent to any bouquet or centerpiece.
