Chelsea + Jameill

 

Wow… what a wedding! Chelsea and Jameill were just the sweetest couple to work with… their love and laughter were infectious from their first look on the aisle to their final dance. And they could not have been more stunning as bride and groom!

We loved the opportunity to bring this Dallas Cowboys wedding to life. Jameill is a talented player for our favorite team, and we were so excited to work with him and his gorgeous bride Chelsea.

 

Prior to the wedding, Chelsea and her girlfriends got ready in the on-site bridal cottage. Jameill’s aunts even provided mimosas and pastries for the girls!

These two tied the knot at The Grand Ivory, a beautiful venue north of McKinney. They said “I do” in the venue’s open-air chapel, surrounded by friends and family. We kept the ceremony decor simple, but meaningful: a few arrangements to cap the pews added an elegant finish to the space without distracting from the natural pond backdrop.

Chelsea and her bridesmaids carried classic ivory bouquets, in keeping with her soft cool blue pastel color palette. A hint of texture added just enough contrast for these beautiful flowers.

At the reception, we decked the tables with gray linens and tall centerpieces—elevating the eye along with the venue’s vaulted ceiling. It definitely made an impression on guests, and set the tone for a beautiful celebratory evening. Mr. and Mrs. Showers made their grand entrance, and twirled across the dance floor to Ed Sheeran’s “How Would You Feel.”

Later in the night, guests enjoyed sweet treats from Emporium Pies… and a savory late-night snack from Ruthie’s Rolling Cafe Food Truck. At the end of the evening, the happy couple drove off in their getaway vehicle and to their honeymoon as Mr. and Mrs!

All in all, this was a truly stunning celebration and we are so glad to have been part of it. We’re still feeling honored to call ourselves a Dallas Cowboys wedding planner… this is our home team, and we’re so glad we could support Jameill off the field. We’ll definitely be cheering for him out there this season!
