Wedding at The Bowden

Courtney and Andrew had their wedding at the Bowden this past January! And what a beautiful event it was!

The Ceremony

Let’s talk about the Bowden for a minute. Located in Keller, Tx. this event space is absolutely breathtaking. The Holly Chapel set the perfect scene for the ceremony. While the Great Keller Ballroom was used for the reception. Both buildings boast floor to ceilings windows that offer gorgeous views of the surrounding nature, and bring in tons of natural light. This was definitely the ideal venue for Courtney and Andrew to start the next chapter of their lives!

Sometimes less is more, and in this case that saying couldn’t ring more true! A wooden cross, dressed in greenery, white roses, and hydrangea set the backdrop for the couples exchange of vows. Against the tall windows, and white steps nothing could have looked classier.

We seriously cannot get over how adorable Courtney and Andrew are, especially in the picture below!

We LOVED working on these reception florals. I mean, how luxurious and stunning are these tall arrangements on the head table?! Furthermore gold chargers, tea lights in votives and clear chairs finished off the classically sophisticated look.

Julia McNally, a live event painter, commemorated the ceremony in such a beautiful and unique way. (The final painting is shown further into the blog!)

The Reception

As if the daytime pictures of the reception space and florals weren’t stunning enough, check out the photos below!

How beautiful and fun are these cakes by Crème de la Crème? First, the four tiered white cake complimented the all white floral arrangements flawlessly. Secondly, we love the personal touch the USC grooms cake brought to the reception.

These pictures of Courtney and Andrew are so cute, and we think sparklers add a magical touch to any send off! Don’t you agree?
